Happy 100th

PICTURED with her daughters, former Oban resident Janet Eveline Reid celebrated her 100th birthday on July 11.

Eveline spent much of her life in Oban with her husband Jack and two daughters, Eveline and Alison. Eveline took an active part in the community and played the piano for the Sunday school at Christ Church on the Esplanade for more than 20 years.

When Jack retired from his career in the Department of Agriculture in Albany Street, they moved to Tillicoultry to be nearer their family. Eveline lives in Canmore Lodge, Dunfermline.
