Pastas and burgers are in the spotlight, featuring Dolce Vita's famous lasagne, along with other mouthwatering dishes, including carbonara and pomodoro styles, and tried and true macaroni and cheese, made with creamy local cheese. Or try a burger made with Scottish beef and loaded with your choice of toppings. Breakfast and lunch are served from an extensive menu influenced by Italian cuisine with a Scottish twist – freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients. Start your day with a full Scottish breakfast, a roll or pastry, and, for lunch, choose from exciting salads, baked potatoes, soups, pizzas, paninis and more to suit every taste and appetite. As always, Dolce Vita serves up a wide variety of luscious handmade baking and cold treats made with Porrelli ice- cream.
