Search for men­tal health champions

PEO­PLE in Ar­gyll are be­ing en­cour­aged to join a national pro­gramme to im­prove men­tal health and tackle dis­crim­i­na­tion.

See Me, the national pro­gramme to end men­tal health dis­crim­i­na­tion, wants to train peo­ple to be lead­ers in chang­ing at­ti­tudes around men­tal health.

The Com­mu­nity Champions pro­gramme will en­able peo­ple from Ar­gyll to make pos­i­tive changes in their own com­mu­nity, with the sup­port of See Me.

Champions re­ceive three, one-and-a-half day train­ing ses­sions, held over six months in Perth. The dead­line for ap­pli­ca­tions is Au­gust 17 at 5pm.
