Hairdresser in line for national award

AN OBAN hairdresser is in the running to be named Scottish Hairdresser of the Year 2016. Ian Bruce-Low of Bruce-Low Hair is in one of six finalists for this accolade at the Hairdressers Journal International’s British Hairdressing Awards.

The winner will be announced during the award ceremony in London on Monday November 28.
