SOMETIME between Friday July 15 and Sunday July 24 thieves broke into a bunkhouse in Glen Etive and stole tools.

Anyone with any informatio­n should contact police on 101. ON MONDAY July 25, a men’s Trek Remedy 8 mountain bike was stolen from Lochaber Leisure Centre.

The theft follows reports of other high value cycles being taken in Oban and Crianlaric­h. Police are investigat­ing whether these are linked and appeal to cyclists to ensure their bikes are secured when not in use.

POLICE Scotland are urging the public to be vigilant after skimming devices were found on cash machines in Mallaig.

Anyone who finds a suspicious device or has any informatio­n regarding suspicious activity around cash machines should contact Police Scotland on 101 or speak to any officer.

IN THE early hours of Sunday July 31, Kilmallie Community Centre was broken into and items stolen.

MEMBERS of the public are being warned to be aware of bogus callers, especially those offering tarring services.

ANYONE with informatio­n regarding any of the above is urged to contact police on 101.
