Curriculum to be streamlined

A CURRICULUM consultation has found in favour of changing the third year (S3) curriculum at Oban High School. The new S3 structure will see a reduction in the number of subject choices.

Parents who responded to the consultation felt a streamlined curriculum would allow a firmer grounding of subject content to be established, would help ease the transition from S3 into S4, and they wanted to restrict the number of technology subjects to one.
