Coun­try singer to per­form in Oban

COUN­TRY singer Lisa McHugh will be play­ing Oban as part of her Scot­land and Ire­land tour this March.

Lisa is the five times Glaswe­gian win­ner of Fe­male Vo­cal­ist of the Year and is kick­ing off 2017 with her new sin­gle Play

Me the Waltz of the An­gels, from her top 10 al­bum # Coun­try.

Part of a dou­ble-track re­lease, which in­cludes a live ver­sion of her song What You Get is What

You See, from her forth­com­ing live tour which also fea­tured on her re­cent DVD con­cert record­ing.

The easy lis­ten­ing but sen­ti­men­tal track, lay Me the Waltz

of the An­gels, is sure to be­come a pop­u­lar choice on playlists and ra­dios, with it’s soft sound and touch­ing lyrics; it de­liv­ers a story many mu­sic lovers can re­late to.

The singer had a busy and suc­cess­ful year in 2016 and is gear­ing up for an even big­ger and bet­ter 2017.

With a whole host of con­certs and dances through­out Ire­land, as well as a Scot­tish tour in March, Lisa is re­leas­ing her first live al­bum next month, aptly ti­tled # LisaLive.

Lisa kicks off her Scot­tish tour on Wed­nes­day March 15 at The Al­bany in Greenock, and con­tin­ues on to Oban, In­verurie and Ar­broath.
