Three vehicles in Laggan collision

-

THIS year’s first covering of snow caused a few hiccups on Lochaber roads last week with minor incidents taking place near Laggan.

Police Scotland confirmed a van went off the road at Kinloch Laggan on the A86 last Thursday morning (January 12). A lorry stopped to assist the van driver and then a car collided with the lorry. No- one was injured.

BEAR Scotland was quickly on the scene and a spokesperson said: ‘Our teams were made aware of a minor collision involving three vehicles around 11am. Our teams helped two of the vehicles, with the other moving away on its own accord.

‘ The road was closed for approximately half an hour to allow the safe recovery of the vehicles.’
