Head Chef Paul Leonard brings to The Deck his ethos of fresh, locally sourced produce that has made the Michelin star restaurant in the hotel so renowned, showcasing the best of the west coast larder, some of which comes from as close as the hotel’s own gardens. Afternoon tea in The Deck is a special treat, featuring a selection of hand made cakes, scones, sandwiches and teas.
