Life and soul of Loch Leven Hotel

-

Anne Horne has been working as a reception supervisor at Loch Leven Hotel for more than 15 years and is usually the first and last point of contact for all hotel guests, taking the initial reservations, warmly welcoming guests on arrival and bidding them farewell after their stay.

Anne is decidedly the life and soul of the hotel and very much loved by the guests and staff. With her lengthy experience in her role at the hotel Anne’s knowledge, not only about the hotel but also about the wealth of things to explore in and around Lochaber, is unparalleled.

Everyone can see that Anne truly cares about her role and the standards of all details of the guest experience. She supervises all aspects of the day to day running of the hotel, including reception, reservations, breakfast service, lunch service, housekeeping and daily recording of financials.

Craig Innes, the owner of Loch Leven Hotel comments: ‘Anne is a real credit to the hotel and we are so happy that she is there to look after our guests.’
