Clarification

LAST week the Lochaber Times reported on Thomas Allan Kirsop’s appearance in Fort William Sheriff court on charges of breaches of bail and driving offences on Tuesday April 25.

That report mistakenly stated that Kirsop was to face trial for these charges on Thursday April 27.

The Lochaber Times would like to clarify that Kirsop is not scheduled to appear in court again until May, when he will be on trial for another matter.

These current matters will be deferred until this appearance, at which point the sheriff will decide the best course of action.
