Tiny dancer takes to the street

Katiya Ballantyne, three, was enjoying the Highlands and Islands Music and Dance Festival in Oban at the weekend. Katiya, from Alloa who was visiting her grandparents in Oban, dances ‘only in the street’ according to mum Helen. Full report, results and picture special inside.
