LOCH Fyne Oys­ters is host­ing a third Bike Fyne mo­tor­cy­cle safety event on Sun­day May 7 be­tween 10am and 4pm.

Du­cati Glas­gow will be head­lin­ing the event, which aims to re­duce the num­ber of ac­ci­dents in­volv­ing mo­tor­cy­clists on the A83 by ed­u­cat­ing bik­ers through train­ing ses­sions and demon­stra­tions pro­vided by rep­re­sen­ta­tives from the mo­tor­cy­cle in­dus­try.

Vis­i­tors can take part in free Bik­erDown emer­gency care train­ing ses­sions and im­prove rid­ing con­fi­dence and road skills through a va­ri­ety of demon­stra­tions.

The In­sti­tute of Ad­vanced Mo­tor­ing will also be pro­vid­ing ob­served rides on a num­ber of routes through­out Ar­gyll. The Bri­tish Horse So­ci­ety, Scot­servs, MARTYS and Scottish Air Am­bu­lance will also be in at­ten­dance.
