Storas: a jour­ney in mu­sic and song

MEM­BERS of Oban Gaelic Choir are re­hears­ing for a per­for­mance that promises to be a once-in-a-life­time op­por­tu­nity to hear Ar­gyll songs, sung by Ar­gyll artists, in the Cor­ran Halls. Storas will be a cel­e­bra­tion of mu­sic and song cel­e­brat­ing the riches of Ar­gyll bards.

Ac­com­pa­nied by some of Scot­land’s finest mu­si­cians, Oban Gaelic Choir, con­ducted by mu­si­cian and com­poser Sileas Sin­clair, will take the au­di­ence on a mu­si­cal jour­ney not to be missed.

The event will take place on Thurs­day June 8 at 7.30pm in the Cor­ran Halls, Oban.

Guest artists will in­clude gui­tarist Fin­lay Wells, piper Lorne MacDougall, fid­dler Archie MaAl­lis­ter and piper An­gus MacColl.
