Bus driver Doc dies suddenly

A WELL-KENT face in Oban has died suddenly.

‘Doc’, as Ian MacArthur was known, passed away on Sunday night.

‘Doc’ had been a school bus driver around Oban and Lorn for many years and was known by thousands of children whom he ferried back and forth over the years. The Oban Times sends condolences to his family and friends.
