-

THE Atlantis Leisure mascot competition has been narrowed down to the final three.

Mr Cookie, Leo the Lion and Tigger are all in the running to become the face of Atlantis.

The three to five years category was won by Persephone Crooks, five, from 1st Steps Nursery with Mr Cookie. His mascot’s superpower is ‘ being yummy’. Mr Cookie likes to run around and doesn’t like being on the floor.

The six to eight years category was won by Sarah Home, six, from Rockfield Primary School with her rendition of Tigger. He likes to play all sports and his superpower is getting stronger with exercise. He likes basketball and is a little scared of deep water.

And the nine to 12 years category was won by Aimee Didcock, nine, from Rockfield Primary School with Leo the Lion. ‘I was inspired by a lion for my mascot because they are strong, powerful and full of courage,’ she said.

‘Leo likes to exercise and to keep active with his friends.

‘He is not keen on his vegetables, but likes to use his superpowers which make him run extra fast.’
