Prize guys are given awards

DUNBEG Primary School’s annual end- of-session service and presentati­on of prizes was held in the village church on Friday June 30 and was conducted by the Rev George Cringles, who very kindly came out of retirement for the day.

Prizes were presented by Keira MacIntyre, a former pupil who had worked with at the school this session as part of Oban High School’s Pathways programme. Retiring head teacher Sine MacVicar said: ‘ We wish her all the very best as she moves on to Glasgow University in September. We are very proud of Keira.’
