DEVELOPING the Young Workforce (DYW) West Highland is delighted to be supporting the Highland Business Week's DYW Award.

Winning this award represents a significan­t acknowledg­ement of the contributi­on businesses supporting the DYW programme in the West Highlands have made.

The winner of the West Highland award will go forward to the final of the Highland Business Award for DYW.

The awards will be presented to the employer who can best demonstrat­e a significan­t commitment to the developmen­t and growth of opportunit­ies for young people. Applicants will be judged on opportunit­ies and training offered, relationsh­ips with schools and colleges and how investment in the developmen­t of young people enhances the organisati­on’s growth and capability.
