DE­VEL­OP­ING the Young Work­force (DYW) West High­land is de­lighted to be sup­port­ing the High­land Busi­ness Week's DYW Award.

Win­ning this award rep­re­sents a sig­nif­i­cant ac­knowl­edge­ment of the con­tri­bu­tion busi­nesses sup­port­ing the DYW pro­gramme in the West High­lands have made.

The win­ner of the West High­land award will go for­ward to the fi­nal of the High­land Busi­ness Award for DYW.

The awards will be pre­sented to the em­ployer who can best demon­strate a sig­nif­i­cant com­mit­ment to the de­vel­op­ment and growth of op­por­tu­ni­ties for young peo­ple. Ap­pli­cants will be judged on op­por­tu­ni­ties and train­ing of­fered, re­la­tion­ships with schools and col­leges and how in­vest­ment in the de­vel­op­ment of young peo­ple en­hances the or­gan­i­sa­tion’s growth and ca­pa­bil­ity.
