We have more than 200 courses to choose from – at levels ranging from National 2 right through to BA (Hons) or BSc (Hons) – there’s something for everyone.

So if you want to boost your existing qualifi cations, you’re looking for a change of direction or you simply want to make the most of the opportunity to learn, achieve and advance while in the beautiful surroundings of Argyll, why not visit your local Argyll College UHI learning centre and fi nd out what’s on offer.

With more than 80 full- time courses starting this September, principal Fraser Durie said now is the time to look into the opportunities provided by the college. ‘ Last year more than 1,600 people chose to study with us, which shows not just the importance of Argyll College UHI to the local communities it serves but also the variety of subjects and courses on offer,’ he said.

‘ We’re constantly developing our curriculum to ensure it best refl ects the demands of our local population, and have added several new courses this year which we believe will be popular additions to an already exciting range of options.

‘ We now have a huge range of courses available covering an array of subjects.

‘ I’d like to think there’s something of interest for everyone, regardless of age or background.

‘ National statistics published earlier this year show that more Argyll College UHI students than ever before are successfully completing their courses, and we’re delighted that so many are able to move onwards and upwards, whether that be in terms of progressing to other qualifi cations or in terms of moving into employment.

‘ We look forward to welcoming a new cohort of students in September. We’re confi dent that choosing to study at Argyll College UHI is a decision they won’t regret.’

Anyone interested in fi nding out what courses are available should either visit their local learning centre to chat to our staff and pick up a prospectus, or else look at the College’s website at www. argyllcollege. ac.uk
