The cafe will open at 7.30am, serving freshly prepared hot crepes and waffles in Kebabish’s new crepes and two-size waffle maker.

As well as this, it will serve hot meat pastries, sandwiches, rolls, baked potatoes, pancakes as well as coffee, tea and suki tea.

From 4pm, Kebabish restaurant will offer authentic Pakistani curries, kebabs, fried chicken and pizzas, which will be made in their new pizza oven that is currently being delivered from America.

Accompanying both menus will be a mocktail list, which will feature freshly pressed juices.

Self-proclaimed coffee queen Natalia Groblicka, a barista specialist, said: ‘I think it’s really great. I really love the coffee shop idea – it’s something I really enjoy doing, so I’m happy and look forward to serving oban community with best of my ability.’

Natalia will be ecstatic when Kebabish’s new coffee machine arrives, which managing director Shaukat Chaudhry describes as being ‘the first in this area, and probably the first in Scotland’.

He added: ‘Our coffee is associated with Mathew Aligie and we will be serving both double and triple roast beans coffee.’
