Colin’s Cottage and Douglas Cottage are our two quite unique and much loved ‘studio’ cottages. Each has a large bed/ sitting room with integral kitchen and in the style of Scottish bothies has a snug ‘box bed’arrangemen­t tucked into its own little recess.

Mhairi’s Cottage is a fine traditiona­l cottage. There is one double bedroom, and one with (very substantia­l) bunk beds. The homely living room has a wood-burning stove, big comfy chairs, and loads of books and informatio­n so that you can plan your days. Ashbank Hotel

In close proximity and within walking distance of the bay lies The Ashbank Hotel, where John and Sharon are well-known for their warm and friendly welcome.
