CRUICKSHAN­KS - Robert, Fiona, Eilidh, Zak and family would like to thank everyone who has supported them at this very difficult time with visits, flowers, cards and kind messages. We would also like to thank everyone who attended the celebratio­n of Martyn’s life, your presence meant a lot to us. A big thank you to Eoin Cox who spoke on behalf of Martyn’s friends, telling their stories. Thanks also to Ally Stewart for conducting the service, Hamish Hoey and Son, the Corran Halls and the Falls of Lora Hotel. Collection on the day was £1156.62 and will be given to Andy’s Man Club to raise awareness of mental illness and male suicide in under 45’s.

MACCORMICK - Hazel and the family of the late John MacCormick wish to express their sincere thanks to all family, friends and neighbours for the kindness, support, cards, phone calls and flowers following their recent sad loss. To Macmillan nurses and Marie Curie for the care given to John over the last few weeks. To Rev Margaret Miller for a comforting service. To Duncan Gunn and Alan MacKenzie for their respectful and profession­al services. To Gerry Kilmurray who very kindly provided a minibus for transport to and from the ferries. To Kiki MacColl for the catering at the hall. A heartfelt thanks to all friends and family who travelled from near and far to attend the service. The retiring collection raised £1720 for the church fabric fund.

MACDONALD - The family would like to thank most sincerely all relatives and friends for their sympathy, kindness and support following Kathleen’s passing. Thank you for all the cards, Mass cards, telephone calls, messages and visits, to all who came to the church and graveside. Grateful thanks to staff at Abbeyfield Nursing Home, Ballachuli­sh Medical Practice and Belford Hospital for their caring and profession­al attention of Kathleen. Thanks to Fr MacKinnon for spiritual support at hospital and to Fr Barrett for his ongoing support, lovely service and kind words. Thanks, also to John McLellan Funeral Directors for caring and profession­al funeral arrangemen­ts, to Jimmy Forsyth for playing the organ, to McDonald Bros for beautiful floral arrangemen­ts and to The Laroch for catering. The sum of £216.32 was raised for Abbeyfield Resident’s Fund and Ballachuli­sh Medical Practice
