Best of the West (Bowfest) 2018 enters its eighth year with three stages, more than 100 musicians, celebrity chefs, an amazing castle and more.

Arguably Scotland’s finest boutique festival, music and food lovers from across the globe gather to celebrate the best in Scottish music, art, food and drink. Inveraray Castle, a jewel in the West Highlands’ crown, provides a unique and stunning backdrop to the weekend festival.

This year’s jam-packed music line-up includes Tide Lines, Donnie Munro, Skipinnish, Heron Valley, Bwani Junction, Seven Nations and many more.

The popular Festival Kitchen hosts six top local chefs, including Calum Hall (Loch Fyne Oysters) and Scotland’s national chef and Masterchef, The Profession­als 2016 winner Gary Maclean. All this plus the Food from Argyll marquee, craft tent, whisky tent and children’s entertainm­ent.

The Oban Times has teamed up with organisers to offer readers the chance to win weekend tickets, with three pairs up for grabs.
