Around 9.30pm on Sunday September 2, at Scalpay Terrace, Oban, a woman, 32, allegedly behaved in an

abusive manner. The woman was arrested, charged, and a report was submitted to the procurator fiscal.

Around 11pm on Tuesday September 4, at Benderloch, a man, 22, allegedly assaulted another male and was in possession of a knife. The man was charged and held in custody to appear

before Oban Sheriff Court.

Around 2am on Friday September 7, at George Street, Oban, a 46-year-old man allegedly urinated in a public place, behaved in an abusive manner and was found to be in possession of cannabis. He was charged and a report was submitted to the fiscal.

Around 4pm on Wednesday September 5 at Combie Street, Oban, a man, 24, was spoken to by police and a number of alleged defects were found on his vehicle.

The man was charged and a report has been submitted to the procurator fiscal.

Around 1.30am on Sunday September 9, a

man, 33, allegedly behaved in an abusive manner at Stevenson Street, Oban, and a woman, 29, allegedly assaulted a male.

Both were charged and a report will be submitted to the fiscal.

On Sunday September 9, near to Benderloch, a 70-year-old man was

stopped by police for allegedly driving while over the limit of alcohol. The man has been charged and a report has been submitted to the procurator fiscal.
