In spring the first thing we all want to do inside is paint, paint, paint – with some papering going on as well. After all, who wants to be decorating indoors during winter when we can’t have the windows wide open?

Every year, the first heady days of spring make us all want to throw the windows wide open, scrub, refresh, refurb and recycle; it’s like we have come out of hibernation.
