Let the new One Lochaber Leadership Programme open doors for you and your business.

Lochaber Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce a new locally-based 12-month programme to prepare members of staff for leadership roles.

The leadership programme, which is open to all businesses, will take a cohort of participants through a mixture of one-to-one training and seminars from business experts to prepare them for the next step in their career.

The programme, led by the highly regarded Ethos Consulting, has been developed following consultation with chamber members and was created in response to the need for high quality locally-delivered business training.

The new One Lochaber Leadership Programme offers fantastic value for participants and businesses – combining expert-led business seminars, group workshops and one-to-one coaching over the course of a year, leading to a recognised qualification through the Chartered Institute of Management.

Frazer Coupland, CEO of Lochaber Chamber, is excited about the possibilities that this new training offers businesses: ‘Developing people’s skills to enable them to feel confident to progress in their careers is vital for staff and businesses.
