SIR: In his ‘Words and Stuff’ (September issue), Johnny Grimond might also have been ‘Oscar Kilo’ with a sketch I recall from David Frost and the TW3 gang involving a clergyman trying to identify himself to, presumably, another member of the cloth, on a crackly telephone line. ‘It’s Henderson here, no, Henderson, HENDERSON – H for HABAKKUK, E for EZEKIEL, N for NEHEMIAH, D for DEUTERONOMY...’ Alan Bunting, Harpenden, Hertfordshire.
