Customers are entitled to a full refund, plus interest. Plusnet says it has made repeated attempts to contact affected ex-customers by letter and phone. But this week it had reached only 356 of them, refunding £212,140. If you are an ex-customer, check bank statements to see if you are affected or contact customer services on 0800 432 0200. If you suffered any other losses as a consequence, such as overdraft fees, you should demand compensation for this.
