A casualty list from 11 nations

KHALID Masood’s attack on the heart of British democracy left four people dead and scores injured.

Two people remained in hospital in a critical condition last night. One has life-threatenin­g injuries.

Three of the dead were run down on Westminste­r Bridge. They were retired window cleaner Leslie Rhodes, US tourist Kurt Cochran – who died on the last day of a trip to celebrate his 25th wedding anniversar­y – and Aysha Frade, who worked in admin at a nearby sixth-form college.

PC Keith Palmer, a 48-year-old husband and father and a Charlton Athletic fan, was stabbed to death outside the Houses of Parliament.

The injured who were treated in hospital came from 11 countries.

They included 12 Britons, three French children, two Romanians, four South Koreans, two Greeks and one each from Germany, Poland, Ireland, China, Italy and the United States.

Some victims have still not been named.

Police officer Kristofer Aves, 35, was seriously injured in the attack.

He was one of three officers mown down by Masood’s vehicle as it careered across the bridge before crashing into railings around the Houses of Parliament.
