IS claims cop killing

ISLAMIC State yesterday claimed responsibility for the knife murder of a policewoman in Jerusalem.

The terror group said the attack and a separate bid to kill cops in the city, its first direct action against Israel, “will not be the last”.

Hamas and the People’s Front for the Liberation of Palestine said three militants shot dead in Friday evening’s raids were their members.

Police killed the man who stabbed Sgt Hadas Malka, 23, and two others who opened fire on officers.
