Geri turns up the gas

SPICE Girl Geri Horner asked if she ruined BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen by talking too much yesterday.

Host Matt Tebbutt was unable to ask his guest any of his prepared questions.

Geri, 44, apologised after he showed his list of interview topics, asking him: “Have I ruined your show?”

She then turned to the camera and said: “It is hard being a presenter, and he’s got someone in his ear telling him what to do. He’s got to cook. He’s multi-tasking like we women do.”

Matt held a viewers’ vote on whether she would eat a dish from her food heaven – “or if you thought she talked too much, go hell”.

Geri eventually had to endure a feast created from her food hell – lobster.
