This week’s Veggies edge ahead on diet

A VEGETARIAN diet is twice as good at helping you fight the flab, a study claims.

Vegetarian­s also have less fat stored in their muscles as well as under their skin.

US researcher Dr Hana Kahleova, of the Physicians Committee for Responsibl­e Medicine, said: ”A veggie diet is much more effective at reducing muscle fat, thus improving metabolism.”
