Chat’s why she’s late!

SCARLETT Moffatt is always late because she fears upsetting fans – and admits she also finds paying utility bills exciting.

The 26-year-old I’m A Celeb winner said: “When people want a chat and a selfie I daren’t say ‘sorry, I’ve got to go’.

“I’m sure they’ll think ‘she’s rude, no she doesn’t!’ It always makes me late.”

The Gogglebox star, of Bishop Auckland, Co Durham, is back with boyfriend Luke Crodden but in no rush to settle down.

She said: “I’m a senior citizen in terms of like the womb. But one day I’ll have a kid, maybe.”

Scarlett loves being old enough to pay utility bills. “I love paying them. I feel grown up. It excites me. I wait by the letterbox like ‘come on’,” she said.
