Head find in sea bag

THE sev­ered head and legs of a woman in a weighted bag have been found by divers off Den­mark.

They are body parts of Swedish jour­nal­ist Kim Wall, 30, who went miss­ing two months ago af­ter in­ter­view­ing Dan­ish sub­mariner Peter Mad­sen.

Another bag con­tain­ing her clothes, and a knife, were dis­cov­ered nearby.

Ms Wall dis­ap­peared af­ter talk­ing to Mr Mad­sen, 46, on his 60ft home­made sub. Her naked, mu­ti­lated torso was found 11 days later in wa­ter south of the cap­i­tal, Copen­hagen.

Mr Mad­sen de­nies mur­der­ing Ms Wall and mu­ti­lat­ing her corpse.

Copen­hagen po­lice in­spec­tor Jens Moller said no frac­tures were found on Ms Wall’s skull.

There were knife wounds to her front and ribcage but an ex­act cause of death is yet to be es­tab­lished.
