Coke bust is £100m
POLICE have said 1.2 tonnes of cocaine seized on its way to Britain was worth £100million on the street.
Three Brits and two Spaniards were held following the seizure – one of the largest ever on Spanish soil.
The class-A drug was found in an HGV being unloaded near Granada.
Police chief Eugenio Pereiro said that the traffickers could have earned £ 40million by selling the cocaine in bulk.
But he put its street value, if sold to individual punters, at £100million.
