POISON PROBE IN NZ

THE TH probe into the poisoning of Russian defector Boris Karpichkov could reopen. The move by New Zealand PM Jacinda Ardern follows our revelations that Russian hit squads targeted the ex-spy there in 2006-7.

Karpichkov, 59, left, survived and lives in London. He has offered to go back to New Zealand to aid police, who are “re-examining files”.
