This is a wonderful opportunity to see one of the greatest European floral festivals, the Jersey Battle of Flowers which takes place in August every year – tickets to the main parades are strictly limited so we recommend that you BOOK EARLY. We have secured tickets to BOTH the day and the moonlight parades PLUS we also include 2 very special excursions. On the Wednesday evening you will enjoy a special behind the scenes tour visiting and viewing the final touches being put to the floats. On the Friday morning you’ll get the opportunity to see the floats close up and in detail as well as meet Miss Battle 2017. This really is a fantastic holiday and one not to be missed.
Specially selected for this year is the Merton Hotel, one of the most famous and well established properties on the island. Located just a short stroll from town and the Howard Davis Park, the hotel offers a range of facilities including the Aqua Dome with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, slides, steam room and sauna, the Flowrider, tennis court and gymnasium. All the en-suite bedrooms are equipped with TV and a hospitality tray, there is a choice of bars and restaurants, an entertainment programme, quiet lounge areas, Lifts and FREE car parking.
