Dampener On Day

Our granny, Anna Cowan, is celebrating her eightieth birthday on June 1. For as long as we can remember, every Friday morning our granny has gone to get her hair done. Almost every Friday morning, as if just for our granny, it rains.

Our family is convinced that if Granny changed her hair day the sun would finally shine on a Friday! Failing that, perhaps we should buy her a brolly as a birthday present?
