Part-time Veggie

-

Vegetarianism is becoming increasingly popular as science reveals more about the healthgiving benefits of a plant-based diet. But dieticians warn against the craze for “flexitarians” who cut down on meat but fill up on processed food, white bread and pasta instead.

So boost your plant intake by making one or two days a week meat-free, but always ensure you consume a wide variety of different vegetables to keep your healthgiving nutrient intake high.
