Hang Up On Phone Germs
We typically have a mobile phone in our hands for around three hours a day and touch it up to 2,617 times, pressing it to our faces during calls and spraying it with moisture as we speak – yet we rarely clean them.
Unlike hands – which are regularly washed – almost three-quarters of people have never cleaned their phone.
Phones are easily damaged by moisture, so do not use bleach or an aerosol spray – antiseptic wipes work best (anything which contains more than 70% alcohol will kill virus particles on contact).
