Unconditional Love
Lily, Boris’s mum, became Suzy’s pet when she was studying at Nottingham University, but sadly it wasn’t just because she was desperate to own a puppy.
“I got Lily fairly quickly after losing my dad from a blood clot when I was just nineteen.
“Dad was everything to me, as I’d also lost my mum to cancer when I was seven, and suddenly I felt so alone.
“Lily provided the light at the end of a very long tunnel and she’s always been there for me. There isn’t a second where I’m not aware of how precious she is, and because of this, I spend all my time training her, teaching her new tricks and, of course, spoiling her.”
