Know the law

DON’T waste the fine money on teaching people who should already know the laws of the road if they are driving legally. Use it to help keep the council tax down. If you can’t read the road signs/ markings, then you should not be driving. Come on, if you have a car you’re a big boy or girl now – follow the rules; if you don’t then you have a fine to pay. You know that yet you still take the risk and moan at the consequences. Why?
