Raise a cup and funds for Christian Aid

A GROUP campaigning to raise the profile of Fairtrade in the city has organised a charity coffee morning.

Werrington Fairtrade Group holds the fund-raiser on Saturday, May 12.

All profits from the event will go to Christian Aid.

The international development charity works with people, whether of faith or not, in around 50 countries to eradicate poverty.

The event begins at 10am and runs through until noon.

It takes place in Werrington Village Centre, in Church Street, Werrington.

As well as refreshments, craft items will also be up for sale.
