School to take part in recycling event
PUPILS at Heltwate School in Bretton will take part in a recycling event next week. They are one of 20 schools who will take part in the Skips For Schools competition which is being jointly run by Mick George Ltd and the Peterborough United Foundation. The competition will see the skip delivered to the school tomorrow for the pupils to fill with recyclables to be collected on Monday, May 14. A spokeswoman for Mick George said: “We hope to help raise awareness for recycling and the environment with this scheme and have been met with a very positive response from all participating schools.”
