Tyler’s broken leg

MR DONNELLAN said evidence had shown howtyler was in significant pain after breaking his leg in June 2010.

He said: “You know by June 10 Tyler had suffered a significant leg injury, as he was taken to hospital that morning.

“By teatime on June 9 he was limping to the table as Elvis saw it. Stephanie said she carried him upstairs and in the night he collapsed going to the toilet.

“This would have been very painful. Both had responsibility for him and neither got prompt treatment.

“Parents do not get it right every time. But if you think your child has sprained his leg, but then he can’t put his weight on it, and it becomes more serious, do you leave it?”
