CIT has agreed to let further space at Stuart House, New Road, Peterborough to Smiths Gore.
The national land agency firm, which has 29 offices in the UK, already occupies 789.68sq m (8,500sq ft) on the first floor, and has agreed a new five-year lease on approximately 267sq m (2,878sq ft) of office space on the third floor.
Stuart House comprises grade A prime office accommodation varying in size from 513sq m (5,522sq ft) upwards. Located in Peterborough’s city centre, the scheme benefits from easy access to local amenities and transport links.
Richard Saul from CIT said: “This new commitment is a further testament to the strength and appeal of the building.”
Paul Farrow, director at letting agent Savills Peterborough, said: “Stuart House has already attracted established tenants including the Home Office, Peterborough City Council and Opportunity Peterborough.”
