1 He was the Eveningtel­egraph’s Posh Player-of-the-season in 1997-98. 2 He scored his first Posh goal on the final day of the 1996-97 season to clinch a 1-0 win at Brentford. That was the day Matthew Etheringto­n made his club debut aged 15. 3 He played for Norwich City as a schoolboy, but followed Kit Carson to London Road when he became the Posh Academy Director. 4 One of his best mates in football remains former Posh goalkeeper Marktyler. 5 He made his Norwich debut against Grimsby in 2001, winning 2-1. 6 He skippered Norwich to the First Division title in the 2003-04 season. 7 He is one of only two players to be part of the First Divisionti­tle successes of 2003-04 and 2009-10 at Norwich. Paul Mcveigh is the other. 8 He was Norwich City’s Player-of-the-year in the 2002-03 season. 9 He scored in a 4-3 for Norwich over Leicester in the 2010-11 season. It was his first goal for five years. 10 He was inducted into the Norwich City Hall of Fame in March.
