GOING WILD IN THE CITY

It’s a good start to the year for wildlife in the Peterborough Telegraph. Not only have we got the Warboys wallaby but there’s also been a sighting of a big cat near Thorpe Wood police station. Perhaps the puss, aka the Beast Of Bretton, was a cat burglar answering bail. The smart money says that it was a large cuddly toy, the police revealing that they had had reports of one earlier in the day. Just one question – who on earth reports seeing a large cuddly toy to police?
