Fraud campaign boosted

The campaign against fraudsters whotarget people in Cambridgeshire is set to receive a boost after the county’s constabulary joined a national scheme. The force is signing up to Action Fraud, the UK’s national fraud reporting centre. As well as saving up to 500 hours of police time a year, the scheme will meanreports of fraud are dealt with by specially- trained advisors and information is pooled. Police say that the reporting process should also be quicker and more convenient
