£ 135,000 for PT’s win­ners

Staff and pupils at Leighton Pri­mary in Orton Mal­borne are cel­e­brat­ing a £ 135,000 in­vest­ment in their school af­ter in af­ter win­ning the Peter­bor­ough Tele­graph’s Gen­er­a­tion Green com­pe­ti­tion run in con­junc­tion with Bri­tish Gas. Gov­er­nor David Far­relly, who en­tered the school into the com­pe­ti­tion which ran in De­cem­ber said: “It is fan­tas­tic!”

Ac­ity school will get up to £ 135,000 in­vest­ment to cut its heat­ing bills af­ter win­ning a com­pe­ti­tion in the Peter­bor­ough Tele­graph.
